Arms: Sable, on a chevron Argent, between in chief two clouds Argent with sunbursts issuing upwards therefrom Or, and in base an eagle displayed Argent, three cross-crosslets Gules alternating with two fleur-de-lis Azure.

Crest: Two swords, points upwards, in saltire Argent, hilts and pommels Or, and four flashes of lightning in cross Argent, all surmounted by a rose Gules, seeded Or, barbed Vert.

Motto: God Gives Victory.

The field Sable and chevron Argent are the tincture and metal that represents the city of Metz, France the seat the armiger’s family before its immigration to America. The eagle is symbolic of the Polish noble heritage of his family. The cross-crosslets Gules represent the fact that the armiger’s father was an Episcopal Canon in the Diocese of Pittsburgh and the fleur-de-lis Azure represent his French heritage.

Together the chevron Argent, the Gules crosses, and the Azure fleur-de-lis portray the Red, White & Blue which symbolizes the armiger's service to the United States. The clouds and sunbursts represent the valiant military history that was the heritage of his mother's ancestors.

The armiger has put on record with the American College of Heraldry the right of Charlotte Marie (Entry 1556), the daughter of Edward Louis Wittkofski and Patricia Janelle Beardsley to bear these arms as the heraldic heir.

The arms were designed by Dr. David Pittman Johnson and the artist was Dennis Endean Ivall.
