The Armiger is an Priest in The Carpatho Russian Orthodox Diocese of the Americas and was ordained on 25 August 1991. A retired US Navy Chaplain, he serves on several charitable Boards as a Director. Academic degrees received are from: Duquesne University (BA, MSED), Nova South Eastern (PhD), Canterbury (LLD), College of Law of England and Wales (International Anti-Trust/Competition Law Diploma).

The Armiger is a member of: International Bar Association #1004948; IBA Legal Practice Division/Technology and e-Commerce Law; American Bar Association (Associate Member); Federal Information Security Educators Association; Association For Intelligence Officers; National Military Intelligence Association; Military Chaplains' Association of the United States of America; Disabled American Veterans; American Legion; American Society of Training and Devlopment; The Army and Navy Club of Washington D.C.; Association for the Advancement of Ethics and Integrity in Science (AAEIS); and the International Sociological Association (ISA).

The Armiger has been a practitioner of the Art of Goshin Jujitsu since childhood and holds the rank of Nidan (Sichidan), 7th DAN. His Martial Arts certifications are as follows: United States Judo Association (#349801); USJA JuJitjsu (349801); United States Judo, Inc ( Reg. 04-33695P); United States Judo Federation (ID# 59173); International Federation of Ju- Jitsuans (#1679); and the United States Martial Arts Association.
