The armiger was first Knighted into the Religious and Military Order of Knights of the Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem in 1997, then made a Knight Officer in 1999, Knight Commander in 2001, then Grand Commander in 2002. He was made a Knight Bachelor of the House of Karađorđević in 1999, and a Knight Officer in the Order of Saints Constantine and Helen in 2002. He served in the U.S. Air Force Auxiliary from 2002-2020, retiring, as Lieutenant Colonel, as a result of injuries sustained in the line of duty.

The silver (Argent) tower on blue (Azure) field with two windows above the gate was chosen to represent the armiger's prior service in defense of the nation. The broken sword represents wounds sustained, by the armiger, in the line of duty and the Talbot heads are a reference to the Hull coat of arms.

The usual crest is replaced by a priest's gallero, a broad-brimmed hat with tasselated strings, in violet (Purpure).

The motto, "Conforte Manum Meam Pro Operam Tuam" is paraphrasing Nehemiah 6:9 and Nehemiah 2:18, respectively).
