Arms: Azure, a fess bretessed Or between in chief two saltires each of two muzzle-loading cannon barrels and in base a six pointed star Argent.

Crest: On a mound Vert, a Paschal Lamb haloed Or, supporting a staff proper the point Or flying a banner Argent charged with a cross Gules.

The embattled fess signifies military leadership. The Two cannons crossed in saltier denote service as an Artillery Officer and that the armiger is one of twin brothers. The six-point star represents the armiger’s university degree in astrophysics, a long fascination with the field, and membership in The Royal Astronomical Society of Canada.

The Anaya surname is Basque in origin meaning brother. The Anaya Family migrated, as Spanish citizens, from the Canary Islands to Puerto Rico as farmers in the 19th Century. They witnessed the Spanish American War and Spain ceding the Caribbean Island of Puerto Rico to the United States in 1898, becoming American citizens.

Upon graduating from college, the armiger was commissioned as a US Army Officer, Field Artillery, earned Military Intelligence Branch qualification, Top Secret Clearance, executed the duties as Fire Support Team Leader, Division Artillery Aerial Observer, and Battalion S-4 Officer achieving the rank of Captain before pursuing a career in Fortune 500 corporate America.

He proudly served in active duty with the 1/82 Field Artillery, 1st Cavalry Division earning two Army Achievement Medals, the Army Commendation Medal, and US Army Cold War Recognition Certificate. He is a Life Member of the 1st Cavalry Division Association, and Life Member of the American Legion.

Born in Ponce, Puerto Rico (USA) where his father was a cardiologist and his mother was one of the first women ordained an Episcopal Priest in the U.S. He attended Colegio Ponceño de Varones before attending prep school at St. John's Military School in Salina, Kansas with three other brothers, and making the Honor Roll, Who's Who Among American High School Students, and earning Varsity Letters in tennis and basketball.

He graduated college at The University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) earning two BA degrees, one in astrophysics and the second in history and Latin American Studies double major while also attending graduate school. While at Ole Miss, the armiger was the Cadet Regimental Commander for the Army ROTC Corps of Cadets, President of Scabbard & Blade National Military Honor Society, Vice President for Phi Alpha Theta History Honorary, Vice President of Sigma Delta Pi Spanish Honorary, and made the Dean's List and the National Dean's List.

The armiger earned a MBA from Michigan State University (Broad Graduate School of Management), participated in its Global Management Course in Japan and Singapore, and earned membership in the National Honor & Merit Scholars Society. He also attended the Executive Program in Supply Chain Management at The Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

The armiger has held executive positions with Fortune 500 firms such as Abbott Labs, General Electric Healthcare, and Xerox; also, as a Client Solutions Director with EMC Corporation covering DoD in the US and Germany gaining Top Secret Clearance, and as a Principal with SunGard Consulting Services covering Healthcare in the US and Latin America. He has earned the following Information Security certifications: CISSP, CRISC, CBCP, MBCI, NSA IAM, and NSA IEM.

The armiger made the Strathmore's Who's Who Worldwide in 2008, is a member of the Lake Lanier Sailing Club, the Yacht Club of Hilton Head Island, and the Army and Navy Club in Washington (Knights of the Silver Circle). He enjoys competitive tennis (ALTA), sailing (US Sailing member, bare boat certified), and playing the cello. Fluent in English and Spanish, he resides in Atlanta, Georgia U.S.A.

The armiger has been received as a member into the Maestranza de Caballería de Castilla (Spain) and the Noble Compañía de Ballesteros de San Felipe y Santiago (Spain).
