Arms: Gules, a double headed eagle displayed Argent beaks and talons Or, on the breast an escucheon of the field, between a cross, four fire steels of the second the whole within a bordure Or and debruised with a label Azure charged with three ermine tails Or for cadency and surmounted by a Royal crown.

The whole achievement within a Royal pavilion surmounted by a Royal crown.

H.R.H. Prince Mihailo Umberto Anton Petar Marija Karageorgevich (Grand Cross Order of Star of Karageorge), born at Boulogne-sur Seine (France), 18 June 1958, is the secondborn son of H.R.H. Prince Aleksandar Pavlov Karageorgevich (Grand Cross Royal Order of The Star of Karageorge, Grand Cross Royal Order of The White Eagle, Grand Cross Royal Order of The Yugoslavian Crown; Grand Cross Royal Order of Saint Sava; Knight Supreme Order of The Annunziata...) and H.R.H. Princess Maria Pia of Savoy (Dame of Hon Sovereign Military Order of Malta), and the fraternal twin with H.R.H. Prince Dimitrije Nikola Pavle Djordje Marija Karageorgevich.

According to the 1930 Family Regulations of the Royal House, H.R.H. Prince Mihailo Karageorgevich bears the Title of the His Royal Highness the Prince of Yugoslavia.

Grand Duke Vladimir Aleksandovich Romanov of Russia; Great-great-great-grandson to Supreme Leader and Commander of the Serbs, Grand Duke George Petrovich – Karageorge; H.I.M. Emperor Aleksandar II Nikolayevich Romanov of Russia, H.R.M. Victor Emmanuel II of Italy, H.R.M. In accordance with the differencing system developed by Heraldic Officers to the Princely Branch of the Serbian Royal House of Karageorgevich, the arms of H.R.H. Prince Mihailo Karageorgevich are differenced with a label Azure charged with three ermine tails Or. The same as in the arms of his three brothers, the Serbian Royal Crown from the arms of his father and grandfather is replaced with a heraldic Royal Crown.
