Arms and Bearings in

Folio 46) of the date 26
March 1937 in the name
of Robert Lumsden, elder
son of the said Robert
Lumsden and his wife
Mary Adams with
destination to the other
descendants of the said
Robert Lumsden who
married Janet Grant;
THAT
the Petitioner’s said
great-uncle, who married
Violet, daughter of
William Merton, died
1937 without male issue;
AND the Petitioner
having prayed that the
foresaid Ensigns
Armorial might be
matriculate of new in
his own name with a
suitable difference, the
