Arms: Azure, a saltire Argent between two fleur-de-lys fesswise Or and upon a chief of the Second, a bald eagle displayed Proper.

Crest: Above the shield a helm as befits his station with mantling Azure doubled Argent, bearing for a crest upon a wreath of the liveries a dragon passant Azure armed and langued Gules in front of a rising sun Or.

Motto: In Honorem Victoria.

Badge: A Bald Eagle displayed proper born on an annulet fleury Or.

Grant: The Office of the Chief Herald of Arms of Malta, 1st September 2024 - Archive Number G0113/2.

Standard: Of four yards in length fringed compony Argent and Azure rounded in the fly, the Arms in the hoist, the livery field Azure, bearing a horizontal band Argent is split into three by two transverse bands Gules bearing the motto In Honorem Victoria, the crest in the centre between two representations of the Badge.

On the shield, the blue colour represents truth and loyalty, reflecting armiger’s unwavering commitment to integrity and trustworthiness in his professional, community service and personal life. The silver saltire symbolizes peace and sincerity signifying the armiger’s dedication to fostering harmony and a genuine approach to leadership based upon service. The gold fleur-de-lys is a symbol of purity and light and represents the armiger’s contributions to historical preservation and scouting organizations, highlighting his efforts to illuminate and preserve the past. The Bald Eagle displayed blue, armed and membered gold is a powerful symbol of freedom and strength, reflecting the armiger’s dual role as a leader in national security and scouting and alluding to the act of protecting and empowering others. The eagle’s blue body signifies vigilance and justice, while the white head, gold beak and talons, emphasize purity of purpose and excellence in the armiger’s achievements.

The blue dragon of the crest symbolizes valour, representing the armiger’s fierce dedication to safeguarding information and a couragous approach to overcoming challenges in his profession. The rising sun signifies new beginnings and hope and reflects the armiger’s optimistic outlook and continuous efforts to innovate and lead in his field; remembering every day is a renewal to rededicate to this objective.

The torse, in blue and silver, complements the colours of the shield and crest, symbolizing the armiger’s balanced approach to life, combining wisdom (silver) and loyalty (blue).

The Motto, In Honorem Victoria (“The Victory is in the Honour”), encapsulates the armiger’s belief that true victory lies in maintaining honour and integrity. It serves as a guiding principle in armiger’s professional endeavours and personal life.
