The Arms of Luca
                                                Porcelli

While, from 2018 onward, the bearer devised new arms following his own tastes, the familiar, traditional and historical arms were also resurrected after extensive research. These historical, 'ab antiquo', arms were already registered in: Edgardo Noya di Bitetto, "Blasonario Generale di Terra di Bari", Mola di Bari, 1912.

Given that the 'historical' arms (referred to here as the 'Lesser Coat of Arms') belonged to the heraldic tradition of the Kingdom of Naples, followed by the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies and, finally, the Kingdom of Italy, and given that there are no heraldic authorities officially operating in these Italian-speaking areas, the bearer decided to petition for a certification of arms from the Cronista de Armas of Castilla y Leon to 'refresh' the status of his arms: his petition was accepted and the certification was issued in December 2021.

At the end of 2022, the bearer decided to petition the Cronista de Armas of Castilla y Leon for a certification of newly devised arms joining his previously assumed arms with the historical arms (referred to as the 'Greater Coat of Arms' ): his petition was accepted, and the certification was issued in December 2022.

The legitimate and natural heirs and/or those who will succeed each other by testamentary designation have the right to the coats of arms.
