borne by the descendants
of Christopher Joseph
Parnell Brady &
Estella Amelia Arigho.
The
basis for the design is
taken from the taken
from traditional Brady
Arms (including those as
recorded by the Ulster
King of Arms, Dublin)
and the hound’s head is
inspired by the Arms of
Caneggio (Azure, a brach
hound’s head couped
Argent i.e. Blue with
Silver Hound’s Head).
The three in number
refers to the three
generations back to the
Alps signified by the
background for the
Arigho side. There are
also three generations
back to the Drumlins
(small round-headed
hills) of County Cavan
on the Brady side.
