The Maltese crosses represents the armiger’s membership in the “Ordo Supremus Militaris Templi Hierosolymitani” (Latin for “The Sovereign Military Order of the Temple of Jerusalem”). He is also a member of the Royal Antediluvian Order of Buffaloes and the British Red Cross; the armiger has been the recipient of two Red Cross International Meritorious Service Awards and has served for over thirty-five years. He is the recipient of the Voluntary Medical Service Medal and Bars.
